Parts & Accessories
Can you please advise the availability of a part and the cost involved?
Simply contact our parts department ans we will be able to assist you.
Can you please advise me why it takes 10-15 working days for a part to arrive from Japan?
The parts need to be picked, packed for transportation, and the shippers need to be arranged. The parts will need to go through customs and then air freighted over to Australia. Once it arrives in Australia it goes through customs again and then the transportation needs to be arranged to bring the parts to Honda. Honda then do an inventory check on the shipment, unpack the parts and then pack the orders and transport it out to our us.
Will my warranty be affected if I do not use Honda to service my vehicle?
You are free to have your vehicle serviced wherever you choose. Honda Australia will honour the warranty provided the recommended servicing schedule is maintained and only genuine parts and lubricants are used. However, Honda Australia will take no responsibility for work carried out by non-authorised dealers. All warranty work needs to be completed by an Authorised Honda Dealer
If I alter the vehicle in any way from its original specifications will it affect the warranty?
The altered area will not be covered under warranty. If the installation of the product or the product itself causes a problem in the vehicle, that also will not be covered under warranty.
